Stock Control Clerk

*Responsible for monitoring, recording, and maintaining a company’s inventory to ensure that the right amount of stock is available when needed.

Main roles and responsibilities

• Verify quantities and condition of incoming goods.
• Update stock records for items received, issued, returned, or damaged.
• Identify low-stock or excess-stock items.
• Perform regular physical inventory checks and compare them with records.
• Provide accurate information about stock levels and movements.
• Ensure goods are properly labeled, stored, and easy to locate.
• Release materials or products based on authorized requests.
• Investigate and report missing, damaged, or incorrect inventory.
• Keep invoices, delivery receipts, stock cards, and other inventory records organized.
• Work with purchasing, warehouse, sales, and accounting teams.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
