Stock Controller

To maintain accurate stock records and ensure the efficient management of inventory within the Eurocentral branch. The Stock Controller is responsible for monitoring stock movements, investigating discrepancies, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring stock availability to meet customer demand

What you will be doin**

• g:Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock integrity at all time
• s.Carry out regular stock counts, cycle counts, and participate in annual stock take
• s.Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, overages, and system variance
• s.Monitor daily stock movements, including goods received, transfers, returns, and adjustment
• s.Ensure goods receipts are processed accurately and in a timely manne
• r.Review stock status reports and take appropriate action to maintain stock accuracy and availabilit
• y.Monitor unprocessed purchase orders and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issue
• s.Work closely with Warehouse, Sales, and Transport teams to ensure excellent customer service and product availabilit
• y.Analyse stock levels and identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess stoc
• k.Assist with demand planning and replenishment activitie
• s.Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health & safety, and complianc
