Stock Controller

All Stone are hiring a stock controller for our Carlow office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Track Inventory: Monitor stock levels regularly and update computer databases with incoming or outgoing goods.
• Process Orders: Order new stock, complete purchasing paperwork, and compare received items against original invoices.
• Coordinate Teams: Work with warehouse staff, suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Report Data: Compile daily or weekly reports on pricing, purchases, and inventory value.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience working in a warehouse, retail, or inventory control role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication, and basic problem-solving abilities
