Stock Controller

We are seeking a Stock Controller to support our fast growing business. Reporting to the National Manager you will be responsible for proactively supporting our stakeholders in each state, ensuring that our expansive range of products is readily available and replenished at our distribution centres around the country.

In a fast paced environment with a high demand for our products, organisation and motivation will be the key and your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:-

• Maintaining a stock management and allocation system.
• Supporting the sales team and National network of warehouses with stock availability;
• Co-ordinate all internal logistics movements across Australia and New Zealand
• Forecasting and ordering stock from both local suppliers
• Manage the co-ordination of Import process including goods received.
• Liaising with our national warehouse staff in relation to receiving and booking in of overseas containers
• General administration and support to the National team as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Administration Role

  • Previous stock control experience (preferred but not essential)

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• Strong customer service and written communication skills

• High attention to details

• Strong communication skills with a polite and assertive manner

• Strong MS office skills, especially Excel
