Stock Controller

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team in our Ryde, NSW office. In this full-time role, you will be involved in all aspects of New Car Stock control, working within a great sales team environment.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate stock records in Dealer and Manufacturer Systems.
• Providing exceptional support to the Sales Departments, including sourcing of Vehicles and assisting with Delivery preparation.
• Meeting Manufacturer reporting guidelines including claims procedures.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise stock levels
• Generating reports and analysing data to provide insights and recommendations to management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in vehicle stock control
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• A proactive and analytical mindset to identify and implement process improvements
• Be self-motivated, focused, flexible and reliable.
• The ability to work to a high standard under pressure while ensuring deadlines are comfortably met.
• Previous experience with the use of Pentana (ERA) will be highly regarded.
