Stock Controller

This role suits someone with strong inventory knowledge, a keen eye for detail and a practical approach to investigating stock discrepancies. You will help maintain stock accuracy through regular checks, variance investigations, audits and stock takes.

• Working hours: 9:00am–5:00pm
• Location: Kemps Creek, NSW
• Temp ongoing

Key Responsibilities

• Complete stock checks and verify inventory accuracy.
• Review cycle count results and investigate variances.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and identify their causes.
• Conduct claims investigations and maintain supporting records.
• Assist with stock audits and stock takes.
• Use SAP and Paperless Advantage to review and maintain inventory information.
• Use Excel to analyse stock data and support reporting.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in stock control or inventory management within a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience using SAP and Paperless Advantage is essential.
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to review data and identify discrepancies.
• Experience conducting stock checks, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Strong investigation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Good time management and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
