Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller with experience in the healthcare, hospital, hotel, or hospitality sector. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of essential supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for all stock items.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requests.
• Track expiry dates, batch numbers, and shelf life, particularly for medical, pharmaceutical, food, and other sensitive items.
• Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO stock rotation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Kitchen/Clinical departments, and suppliers.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, and damages.
• Maintain proper documentation for goods received, issued, returned, and transferred.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with organizational policies.
• Support periodic and annual inventory audits.
• Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, damaged, and obsolete stock.
• Ensure stockrooms/warehouses are clean, organized, and properly labelled.

Preferred Experience

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, or similar role.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare, hotel, hospitality, catering, or F&B is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
