Storekeeper & Purchasing Assistant

Salary: RM2,200 – RM3,000

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper & Purchasing Assistant to support our daily inventory and purchasing operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to stock control, ERP systems, supplier coordination and purchasing processes, with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement in the ERP system
• Organize materials and support stock issuance, stock count and inventory control
• Prepare Purchase Orders and request quotations from suppliers
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations, orders and delivery schedules
• Compare supplier quotations and maintain proper purchasing records
• Coordinate with internal teams on material requirements and delivery timelines

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Experience in inventory, store, warehouse or purchasing will be an advantage

• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills

• ERP or inventory system experience is an added advantage

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Responsible, organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with both office documentation and hands-on inventory / warehouse activities

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Saturday: 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
