Stock Manager

Goods Receiving: Receive goods and verify their conformity with the delivery notes. Check quantities, references, batches, and expiration dates. Immediately report any anomalies, discrepancies, or damaged products. Record incoming goods in the inventory management system. File and retain documents related to receipts. Inventory Management and Organization: Organize product storage according to category and reference. Ensure clear product and location identification. Ensure proper stock rotation according to the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle for products with expiration dates. Regularly monitor expiration dates. Keep storage areas clean, organized, and secure. Stock Movement Tracking: Record goods receipts and issues. Prepare orders for customers or internal departments. Establish and verify delivery notes. Ensure the traceability of stock movements. Regularly update stock reports. Inventories: Participate in periodic and annual inventories. Conduct regular physical checks. Compare physical stock with computerized stock. Identify discrepancies and investigate their causes. Report anomalies to management and participate in their resolution. Stock Level Management: Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. Identify stockout risks. Report products with low stock levels. Identify dormant or slow-moving stock. Communicate replenishment needs to the relevant manager. Specifics related to medical devices: The Stock Manager must pay particular attention to: Batch traceability. Verification of expiration dates. Proper storage of products. Separation and identification of non-compliant or damaged products. Compliance with storage conditions specific to each product. The preservation of documents to ensure product traceability. The application of the FEFO principle: First Expired, First Out. Tools and documents used: Inventory management software / ERP. Stock cards. Receiving slips. Issue slips. Delivery slips. Supplier invoices and documents. Inventory reports. Excel tracking spreadsheets. Labels and traceability documents. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Inventory accuracy rate. Number and value of inventory discrepancies. Number of stockouts. Number of expired or near-expiry products. Compliance with order preparation deadlines. Receipt conformity rate. Compliance with storage and traceability procedures. Job Responsibilities: The Inventory Manager is responsible for the reliability of inventory information, the proper organization of the warehouse, and the traceability of merchandise movements. Any significant anomaly concerning quantities, products, batches,Expiry dates or storage conditions must be reported to management promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Technical Skills: Proficient in inventory management. Proficient in handling incoming and outgoing goods. Proficient in inventory counts and discrepancy control. Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel and inventory management software. Languages: French preferred; fluent Arabic. English is an asset.
