Stock Picker / Reach Operator

We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Stock Picker / Reach Operator to join their busy warehouse team in East Tamaki. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused operator looking for consistent full-time hours with the potential for ongoing work as the role is temp to perm.

About the Role

As a Stock Picker / Reach Operator, you'll be responsible for ensuring stock is picked, replenished, and moved safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Your duties will include:

• Operating both a Stock Picker and Reach Forklift
• Picking and replenishing stock using RF scanners
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Maintaining accurate stock locations and inventory
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating both a Reach Forklift and Stock Picker
• Current and valid Stock Picker licence (essential)
• Current Reach Forklift licence (essential)
• Experience using RF scanners
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Own reliable transport is preferred due to the 5:00am start

• $26–$27 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday roster
• 5:00am – 1:30pm morning shift
