Established in 2009, Crew à la Mode is an apparel and lifestyle agency, supplying luxury performance clothing and lifestyle solutions for super yachts, private aviation, hotels, villas and private residences. From our Head Office in London, our project management team source luxury yacht crew clothing and uniform from core suppliers, with our offering extending to our consciously produced in-house luxury crew clothing range CALM by CREW, which is distributed from our EU warehouse in Portugal.

\ The Role

We are looking to recruit a temporary warehouse resource who can provide additional operational capacity during the inventory exercise.

Depending on the immediate needs of the warehouse, the person may either:

Work primarily on the physical stock count; Support the existing team with counting, checking and relabelling stock; Assist with the handling and organisation of approximately 100,000 pieces; Help with general warehouse activities, allowing existing team members to dedicate more time to the inventory; Support the reconciliation and identification of discrepancies between physical stock and Odoo.

\ Responsibilities:

• -Physically handle and count warehouse stock.

• -Remove products from boxes and organise them for counting.

• -Check quantities and product identification carefully.

• -Apply or replace labels where required.

• -Record inventory information accurately.

• -Identify and report discrepancies or unusual stock situations.

• -Assist with warehouse organisation and day-to-day operational tasks.

• -Follow established warehouse and inventory procedures.

• -Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the count.

• -Support the team in achieving completion of the physical inventory by year-end.

The additional resource is intended to provide flexibility during a particularly demanding period. The objective is not simply to increase warehouse headcount, but to create sufficient capacity to complete a large-scale physical inventory accurately and within the required timeframe without disrupting normal warehouse operations.

\ About You

• Flexible and able to cope well in a fast-paced environment

• Good level of English (written and verbal)

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Previous experience in stock management / inventory procedures

• Reliable and organised, with a structured approach to work

• Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on warehouse activities

• Able to work independently and follow clear processes and instructions

• Good team player, willing to support the wider warehouse operation when needed

• Comfortable handling physical stock and working on your feet for extended periods - Able to identify and report stock discrepancies or issues

• Previous experience with warehouse management systems / ERP systems (ie. Odoo) would be an advantage
