Job Summary

Duties

• Stock shelves efficiently using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure products are available and well-organized for customers
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely for loading, unloading, and moving inventory within the warehouse or store area
• Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock checks, updating inventory management systems, and assisting with product replenishment
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service at the cashier station, including processing transactions accurately with retail math skills
• Assist with shipping & receiving tasks by loading and unloading merchandise while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning duties, merchandising displays, and ensuring aisles are clear of hazards
• Support retail store operations through packaging products, organizing stock areas, and assisting with retail sales efforts

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency with RF scanners, inventory management systems, and basic math calculations for transactions and stock counts
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory control
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
• Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling while following safe lifting practices
• Knowledge of grocery store or retail product knowledge is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service

Pay: $22.76 - $27.42 per hour
