About the Role

As a Stocker, you'll work directly with customers on the sales floor, helping them find the right products, explaining promotions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your success will be measured by your ability to create positive customer experiences while contributing to the store's sales performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and current promotions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Sales Floor Operations

• Maintain attractive, organized, and customer-ready merchandise displays.
• Ensure promotional signage and featured products are properly presented.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support store promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal events.
• Assist in creating an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Follow company policies and customer service standards.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude throughout each shift.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, sales associate, brand ambassador, direct sales, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is an advantage but not required. Full training is provided.
