Duties

• Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices.
• Stock shelves and organize inventory in the warehouse or retail store area, ensuring products are correctly labeled and easily accessible.
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to verify stock accuracy and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with packing, shipping, and receiving tasks to ensure timely processing of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or retail space, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging products neatly on shelves and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date.
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate stock movement and fulfill customer or store needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred, with familiarity in inventory management and materials handling.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as RF scanners, forklift trucks, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication within diverse teams.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support customer service efforts.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks efficiently.

Pay: $24.17 - $29.11 per hour
