Stocker

Join a growing team where hard work, reliability, and a friendly attitude go a long way. We're looking for a hands-on Stock Associate to help keep our shelves full, our stockroom organised, and our customers happy.

The Role

As a Stock Associate, you'll be the engine behind a smooth-running store — making sure products are on the shelf, the stockroom is in order, and shoppers can always find what they need.

Day to Day, You'll:

• Unload deliveries from trucks and organise the stockroom
• Restock shelves, coolers, and displays throughout the store
• Rotate stock and check for low inventory or expired items
• Help maintain shelf presentation and product placement
• Keep the sales floor and back areas clean — sweeping, mopping, and wiping down cases and shelving
• Lend a hand to customers when needed and answer basic product questions
• Work safely on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Physical stamina — lots of lifting, standing, bending, and climbing
• Reliability and punctuality
• Some prior customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
• Familiarity with Asian groceries and ingredients is welcome, but we're happy to teach

Schedule

• Part-time or full-time roles available
