Stocker

We're looking for outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Stocker / Sales Associates in St. Louis, Missouri. Although the position is titled Stocker, the primary focus of this role is face-to-face sales, customer engagement, and delivering an excellent retail experience.

This is not a warehouse or traditional stocking position. You'll spend most of your time interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and supporting sales goals.

About the Role

As a Stocker / Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers on the sales floor. You'll build customer relationships, explain products and promotions, answer questions, and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Face-to-Face Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
• Promote featured products, special offers, and sales campaigns.
• Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
• Answer questions and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.

Sales Floor Support

• Maintain attractive and customer-ready product displays.
• Ensure promotional materials and product information are clearly presented.
• Assist customers in locating products and understanding available options.
• Support seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store sales activities.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.

Team & Sales Support

• Work with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Communicate customer feedback and product needs to management.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
