The Stock Associate Role

As a Stock Associate, you'll be a key part of the store's daily operation — moving product from the back to the floor, keeping displays neat, and making sure customers can always find what they came in for.

A Typical Stock Associate Shift Includes:

• Unloading trucks and breaking down deliveries
• Organising and maintaining a tidy stockroom
• Restocking shelves, coolers, and endcaps throughout the store
• Rotating product and pulling anything expired or damaged
• Monitoring inventory levels and flagging low stock
• Keeping the sales floor clean — sweeping, mopping, and wiping down shelving
• Assisting customers with questions or helping them locate items
• Using ladders safely and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly

What We're Looking For in a Stock Associate

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to put in the work
• Comfortable on your feet for extended periods
• Able to lift, bend, climb, and move product throughout the shift
• A team player who communicates well and stays positive under pressure
• Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience is helpful but not required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
