Stocker

We’re looking for a dependable and outgoing Stock Associate to join our team in New Orleans, LA. While the position is called Stock Associate, this is primarily a customer-facing sales role. Most of your time will be spent on the sales floor helping customers, answering questions, recommending products, and supporting sales.

There is some stocking and merchandising involved, but this is not a warehouse position. If you enjoy talking with people, staying active, and working toward sales goals, you may be a good fit for the role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Speak with customers face-to-face and understand what they’re looking for
• Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and available options
• Help customers compare products and make purchasing decisions
• Support sales goals through product recommendations and upselling
• Answer customer questions and assist with routine concerns
• Keep merchandise organized and sales displays presentable
• Restock products throughout the day when needed
• Assist with basic merchandising and promotional displays
• Keep the sales floor clean and ready for customers
• Work with the sales team to meet daily and weekly goals
• Attend product training, coaching sessions, and team meetings

What Your Day Will Look Like

Most of your shift will be spent on the sales floor interacting with customers. You’ll help people find what they need, explain their options, and recommend products that make sense for them.

You’ll also spend part of the day restocking merchandise and keeping displays organized. The role involves some physical activity, but the main focus is customer interaction and sales rather than warehouse work.

The Schedule

Typical shifts may include:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Full-time opportunities are available. Weekend availability is required, and schedules are posted in advance. Additional hours may be available during busy periods and holidays.

Previous experience as a Stock Associate, Stocker, Sales Associate, Retail Sales Associate, Retail Associate, Customer Service Associate, Brand Ambassador, or Sales Representative is helpful but not required. Paid training is provided.
