Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load shipments using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
• Stock shelves accurately, organize products, and ensure proper placement according to merchandising standards
• Conduct inventory control activities including stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory management to prevent discrepancies
• Operate warehouse equipment safely following best practices for heavy lifting and safe lifting procedures
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying shipments against purchase orders and processing inbound/outbound deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency
• Support retail store operations by preparing products for display, packaging items, and replenishing stock as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred; familiarity with grocery or produce departments is a plus
• Proficiency in using RF scanners, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customer needs
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting while following safe lifting practices
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward supporting retail store operations
• Knowledge of merchandising standards, shipping & receiving procedures, and retail product knowledge is advantageous

Pay: $23.30 - $28.06 per hour
