Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools
• Stock shelves accurately by following proper merchandising and retail store product knowledge guidelines
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by performing routine cleaning and safety inspections
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes, including packaging, labeling, and documentation of goods
• Support customer service efforts by providing friendly assistance and product information when needed
• Operate warehouse equipment safely by adhering to safe lifting practices and organizational protocols

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and the use of RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for effective communication with diverse teams and customers
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and inventory control
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and support customer service efforts
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical stamina for manual handling tasks
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments and inventory levels

Pay: $22.78 - $27.44 per hour
