Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with produce, retail store products, and merchandise, maintaining optimal product placement and presentation standards
• Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently
• Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating inventory management systems, and reporting discrepancies promptly
• Assist in shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments using proper lifting techniques and safety practices
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area, including organizing storage spaces and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, packaging products, and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting team members with stock inquiries or product location requests in a multilingual environment

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Ability to operate RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and stocking procedures
• Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse team members and customers
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks regularly while following safe lifting practices
• Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing shipments efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members across various departments
• Knowledge of retail merchandising, shipping & receiving processes, and warehouse operations is advantageous

Pay: $25.12 - $30.26 per hour
