We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic warehouse team. Duties

• Load, unload, and move products using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
• Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas with precision, ensuring products are organized according to retail store product knowledge and merchandising standards
• Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory management to maintain accurate stock levels
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments, processing inbound and outbound deliveries, and updating inventory records
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by following proper safety protocols for safe lifting practices, equipment operation, and general maintenance
• Support retail store operations by stocking produce, packaging items, and assisting with merchandising efforts
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries related to product location or availability in a fast-paced retail or warehouse setting

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency with inventory control systems and RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifts safely
• Bilingual skills are advantageous for effective communication with diverse team members
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for stock accuracy and safety compliance
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording inventory data accurately
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and prolonged standing or walking throughout shifts
• Knowledge of safe lifting practices and warehouse operations standards

Pay: $22.90 - $27.58 per hour
