About the Role

As a Stocker, you'll work directly with customers on the sales floor. You'll learn about products, understand customer needs, explain available options, and help create a positive shopping experience.

Face-to-Face Sales & Customer Service

• Greet customers and create a welcoming experience.
• Speak with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Support face-to-face sales and daily sales goals.
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful information.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional service.

Sales Floor & Product Presentation

• Keep products organized and properly presented.
• Maintain attractive, customer-ready displays.
• Support promotional and seasonal sales activities.
• Monitor product availability on the sales floor.
• Communicate product and customer needs to the team.
• Help maintain a clean and welcoming sales environment.

Experience & Training
