Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load shipments using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
• Stock shelves and organize inventory according to store standards and safety guidelines
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Support merchandising efforts by ensuring products are properly displayed and accessible for retail sales
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate stocking schedules and resolve inventory discrepancies

Skills

• Experience operating warehouse equipment including RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control and maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, packaging, and stocking procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling protocols
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on teamwork, safety compliance, and organizational efficiency
