Duties

• Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and unload materials with proper manual handling techniques
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport products
• Stock shelves accurately according to store layout plans, ensuring proper merchandising and product presentation
• Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock adjustments, and inventory management to prevent shrinkage
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes by preparing packages, verifying shipments, and updating inventory records
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency
• Support retail store operations by providing excellent customer service, restocking shelves, and assisting with product knowledge when needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not required; training is available for motivated candidates
• Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment safely
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management
• Good communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe lifting practices throughout the shift
• Basic math skills for inventory counting, pricing, and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of grocery or retail store product knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

Pay: $24.06 - $28.97 per hour
