Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory within our facility to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help keep our shelves stocked, products well-presented, and the warehouse running seamlessly. Duties

• Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and manually unload materials with proper handling techniques.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to load, unload, and transport inventory safely.
• Stock shelves, produce sections, or retail displays with accuracy, ensuring products are organized according to planograms and merchandising standards.
• Conduct inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock audits, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes by preparing packages, verifying shipments, and updating inventory management systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including routine cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries about product locations or stock availability in a friendly manner.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and stock accuracy.
• Good communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs.
• Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling following safe lifting practices consistently.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of retail product knowledge, merchandising standards, and shipping & receiving procedures is advantageous.
