Stocker

Overview

The Cooler Stocker is responsible for keeping the store’s coolers, ice area, and surrounding areas fully stocked, organized, clean, and ready for customers. This position requires attention to detail, physical activity, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and well-organized store.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and organize all cooler products throughout the day.
• Rotate inventory using proper first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures to ensure older products are sold first.
• Keep cooler shelves and displays neat, organized, and properly faced.
• Monitor cooler inventory and restock products as needed.
• Keep the ice machine area clean and fully stocked.
• Fill and organize ice bags and maintain an adequate supply for customers.
• Empty and replace all trash throughout the assigned areas.
• Sweep the parking lot and keep the outside areas clean and presentable.
• Check the store regularly to ensure it is neat, clean, and organized.
• Maintain cleanliness in the cooler, storage, and customer areas.
• Report low inventory, damaged products, equipment issues, or other concerns to management.
• Follow all store safety, cleanliness, and stocking procedures.
• Assist with other cleaning and stocking duties as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry cases of beverages, bags of ice, and other products.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Ability to safely operate and handle stocking and cleaning equipment.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
