Responsibilities

• Efficiently load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safe lifting practices.
• Stock shelves, racks, and storage areas with products, ensuring accurate placement according to merchandising standards and inventory control protocols.
• Operate RF scanners to track product movement and update inventory records precisely.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and assist in inventory management efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including packaging supplies and storage zones.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders.
• Support retail store operations by stocking produce, retail products, and assisting with merchandising efforts when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklift operation, and other material handling equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and management.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse teams or customers.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, stock loading/unloading processes, and retail product knowledge is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
