Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are accurately labeled and neatly arranged to enhance the shopping experience
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
• Conduct inventory control activities including stock counts, cycle counts, and updating inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading shipments efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to store standards and assisting with product packaging as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to promote safety and operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth warehouse operations

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or retail store environments with familiarity in stocking, inventory management, and materials handling
• Ability to operate equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and product placement
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing or walking for extended periods
• Basic math skills for counting stock, processing shipments, and managing inventory records
• Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude toward colleagues and customers alike
• Knowledge of retail sales processes, merchandising standards, and grocery store operations is advantageous
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during all manual handling activities

Pay: $23.31 - $28.07 per hour
