Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are properly labeled and organized for easy customer access.
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist in packaging products and preparing items for shipment or display.
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse and retail areas.
• Collaborate with team members to perform shipping & receiving duties, including verifying shipments against purchase orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping shoppers locate items and answering product-related questions with clear communication skills.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklift operation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective communication with diverse teams and customers.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate tasks across departments and assist customers effectively.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
