Duties

• Receive, unload, and load shipments using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices.
• Stock shelves and organize products accurately using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure stock accuracy and assist with cycle counts or audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including packing stations and storage zones.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including labeling, packaging, and documentation.
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging products neatly on shelves and ensuring retail store product knowledge is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with team members across departments, providing excellent customer service and clear communication in multiple languages if applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, forklift operation, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and management tasks.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices consistently.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting, retail math calculations, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for supporting diverse customer needs.
• Knowledge of grocery or retail store operations, merchandising, packaging, and shipping & receiving processes is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and organizational efficiency.

Pay: $8.50 - $11.00 per hour
