Responsibilities

• Efficiently load, unload, and move products using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners
• Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with retail store products, ensuring accurate placement and labeling
• Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation to maintain precise inventory management
• Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or retail space to promote safety and efficiency
• Support merchandising efforts by organizing products for easy access and appealing presentation
• Operate equipment safely following proper lifting practices and safety protocols to prevent injuries during manual handling or heavy lifting tasks

Skills

• Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse material handling equipment
• Strong inventory control skills with experience in inventory management systems
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse team members and customers
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and documentation processes
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
• Knowledge of retail store operations including product knowledge, packaging, cashiering, and customer service fundamentals
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and support a collaborative work environment

Pay: $22.97 - $27.66 per hour
