Stocker (SPANISH REQUIRED)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and presentation of our inventory while ensuring that our customers have access to a well-stocked shopping environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Efficiently manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and organized on shelves.
• Maintain accurate inventory management and control.
• Use machines to load and unload merchandise safely.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and retail areas.
• Engage in heavy lifting as necessary to move products throughout the store.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal merchandising strategies are implemented.
• Provide customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries about product availability and location.
• Perform maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of inventory control processes.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations, including produce handling, packaging, and stocking techniques.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
