Duties

• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized
• Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and general support to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate material handling equipment safely to move stock items efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting as required to manage inventory and stock replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse and sales areas
• Support overall warehouse operations, including inventory checks and stock rotation
• Use basic math skills for inventory counts, pricing, and transaction support

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
• Basic math skills for inventory management and transaction support
• Experience or willingness to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or retail stocking is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items throughout the shift
