Card Bot is Australia's leading TCG retail vending business, operating a national network of premium retail vending machines across top shopping centres and high-traffic locations.

About the role

Based in Port Macquarie, this casual role is responsible for restocking and maintaining Card Bot retail vending machines across the region. You will travel to assigned locations on a scheduled run, work independently, and represent Card Bot professionally across all sites. As our Port Macquarie network grows, so too will the scope of this role.

Key responsibilities

Restocking and maintaining Card Bot retail vending machines across Port Macquarie; monitoring inventory levels and reporting restock requirements to the warehouse team; ensuring machines are clean, well-presented, and operational at all times; completing scheduled run sheets efficiently and independently; and reporting machine faults, access issues, or customer feedback promptly.

About you

We are looking for someone dependable, organised, and comfortable working independently. You will be based in Port Macquarie, hold a full driver's licence, and have access to a reliable vehicle that is in good working order. You will also be physically capable of lifting boxes of approximately 10–15 kg and have strong attention to detail and professional communication skills. Experience in retail, merchandising, stock handling, or delivery driving is advantageous but not essential.
