Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming deliveries.
• Check shipments against purchase orders/invoices.
• Organize, label, and properly store inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct inventory/cycle counts.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Operate pallet jacks/forklifts and report equipment issues.
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist with stock reports.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate; 4-year college graduate is preferred.
• With at least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse documentation such as DR, PRS, and Bin Cards.
• Basic computer/MS Excel skills.
• Forklift certification is an advantage.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of moderate to heavy lifting.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
