Key responsibilities
- Performing daily and weekly inventory counts for high-value stock.
- Inspecting incoming deliveries for freshness, proper temperature, and specifications.
- Enforcing FIFO and FEFO protocols across all storage areas.
- Reporting supply discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to purchasing.
- Logging inventory receipts and kitchen disbursements accurately.
- Maintaining waste logs to track spoilage and minimize loss.
