Stockman

About the role

The Stockman is responsible for receiving, checking, storing, monitoring, and releasing company stocks and supplies. The position ensures accurate inventory records, proper stock organization, and timely preparation of inventory reports.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming stocks against delivery receipts and purchase orders
• Organize, label, and properly store stocks and supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
• Record all incoming and outgoing stocks accurately
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports
• Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel
• Monitor damaged, expired, missing, or low-stock items and report them to management
• Prepare and release stocks based on approved requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom

About you

• College graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management is an advantage but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data entry
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Accurate in counting, recording, and monitoring inventory
• Honest, reliable, and responsible in handling company stocks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically capable of handling and moving stocks when required
