1. Job responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and check quantities against delivery receipts.
• Inspect items for damage, expiry dates, and quality.
• Arrange and store stocks in their proper locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
• Replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, food ingredients, cups, lids, and other supplies.
• Record stocks received, released, and remaining.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) to help ensure older stock is used first.
• Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe.
• Report missing, damaged, expired, or excess stocks to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and café staff regarding stock requirements.

2. Qualifications

• At least a Senior High School graduate, depending on the specific vacancy.
• With or without experience; stockroom, warehouse, or inventory experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inventory counting and stock monitoring.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling company supplies.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Basic computer skills for inventory records and reports.
• Physically fit to lift, carry, and arrange supplies when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
