Stockroom Supervisor Chadstone

The place where products take shape, where operations become fluid, and where people and ideas make an impact every day.

Your role goes beyond supporting tasks. It’s about understanding the product, staying organized, and helping the team keep everything moving. From deliveries to replenishment, from the stockroom to the shop floor, every action supports the flow of the store.

You work closely with the team, maintaining standards, responding to priorities and making sure everything is where it needs to be. You notice what’s missing, what needs attention, and where you can step in.

Here, you’ll find space to learn, tools to improve, and a team to grow with. Every day is different, and every shift is an opportunity to build your skills and keep evolving.

This can be your next step with us.

What you’ll do

• Support the organization of the stockroom and product flow to the shop floor
• Assist with deliveries, stock processing and replenishment
• Maintain accurate stock handling and follow inventory processes
• Support the team to work efficiently and keep operations running smoothly
• Help monitor daily priorities and respond to store needs
• Work across the shop floor when required to support the wider team

What we’re looking for

• Experience in stockroom, operations or inventory-focused retail roles
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks
• A proactive mindset with confidence to support and guide others
• Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Interest in operational processes and improving how things work
• Availability to work a full-time roster (38 hours per week), including weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays
• You must have full Australian working rights to be considered for this role

Why join us

• 25% staff discount in store and online
• Opportunities to grow your career within the business
• Ongoing learning and development from day one
• A team environment where you’re encouraged to contribute and learn
