Position Summary

Manage all tasks related to food and beverage service in a courteous and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area in accordance with company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with all menu items, wine, and spirits
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests and ensure correct and prompt delivery
• Enter order into computer system to request food preparation
• Observe guests to respond if additional service is required
• Prepare check and deliver to guests when finished
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift
• Follow all proper cash, credit card, and room charge procedures
• Follow all proper check control procedures
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
• Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
• Knowledge of upscale food and beverage
