Stone and Tile Setter

• Prepare and inspect substrates (clean, level, dry and suitable)
• Set out reference lines, patterns, movement joints and falls according to drawings
• Cut and install natural stone, ceramic, porcelain and similar hard finishes
• Execute waterproofing interfaces at wet areas, balconies and critical junctions
• Control alignment, level, lippage, joint width and pattern continuity
• Apply grout/joint treatments and clean finished surfaces to required standard
• Protect completed areas and maintain productivity targets
• Coordinate with waterproofing, MEP and other finishing trades
• Follow site safety rules, especially when using wet saws and handling heavy materials Expectations:
• Deliver high-quality tile and stone installation work
• Work accurately, safely, and productively as part of a team
• Follow drawings, specifications, and safety standards at all times Must-have preferences:
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in stone and tile setting
• TESDA Certificate (related to the trade) – REQUIRED
• Skilled in substrate preparation and pattern control
• Knowledge of waterproofing interfaces
• Able to read basic drawings
• Professional skilled worker with expertise in tile and stone installation

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
