What they need
Role & responsibilities
Deep hands on expertise in Hitachi VSP/HCS platforms and Pure Storage (FlashArray/FlashBlade)
Working knowledge of NetApp (ONTAP) for support and integration scenarios
Strong experience in SAN (Fibre Channel/iSCSI) and NAS (NFS/SMB) architectures
Proven knowledge of replication and DR technologies (Hitachi replication, Pure ActiveCluster, SnapMirror basic understanding) Experience with storage performance tuning, latency analysis, and IO optimization
Strong understanding of multipathing, zoning, RAID, caching, and storage protocols
Experience with integration to VMware, databases, and enterprise workloads
Hands-on experience with automation (CLI, REST APIs, scripting PowerShell/Python)
Familiarity with monitoring tools and storage analytics platforms Proven experience
