Key Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with NetApp AFF, FAS, ASA, StorageGRID & Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO).
• Expertise in NFS, CIFS/SMB, NAS, ACLs, permissions, Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP/NIS & DNS.
• Strong knowledge of SnapMirror, SnapVault, replication, backup & DR solutions.
• Experience in storage migration, expansion, controller/firmware upgrades and technology refresh.
• Expertise in performance monitoring, optimization, capacity planning and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of storage security, encryption and security hardening.
• Experience handling critical production incidents, RCA, problem management and L3 escalations. cloud and cloud-integrated storageBCP and DR testing support enterprise NetApp infrastructure. Handle advanced troubleshooting, migrations, replication, DR, capacity management and critical incident resolution while working with infrastructure, cloud, network, application and security Sandoz – Swiss pharmaceutical customer; enterprise storage operations and modernization environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ability to support 24x7/on-call operations.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and mentoring skills.

Good to Have

• NCDA / NCIE certification
• Hybrid cloud and cloud-integrated storage experience
• DR/BCP and DR testing experience
• Storage transformation/modernization experience

Role

Manage and support enterprise NetApp infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, security and data protection. Handle advanced troubleshooting, migrations, replication, DR, capacity management and critical incident resolution while working with infrastructure, cloud, network, application and security teams.
