STORE ADMIN

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory and deliveries.

• Key in all stock transactions into the inventory management system accurately.

• Coordinate with suppliers in China and Taiwan regarding purchase orders, pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.

• Follow up on shipments and ensure timely stock arrival.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of diving equipment and accessories.

• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and low-stock items to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail inventory, warehouse, or purchasing

• Good communication skills in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with suppliers

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

Preferred Experience

• Retail diving equipment or sporting goods industry

• Inventory planning and stock forecasting
