What they need
Deskripsi pekerjaan:
- Melakukan pencatatan harian stock opname fisik barang di toko
- Membuat dan memproses Surat Jalan (SJ), Faktur Penjualan, Nota Tunai/Kredit
- Mengatur dan merekap jadwal pengiriman barang ke pelanggan menggunakan armada toko
- Melayani pertanyaan pelanggan terkait ketersediaan stok, harga, dan status pengiriman baik secara langsung maupun melalui telepon/WhatsApp bisnis, serta mendata barang retur dari pelanggan atau dari supplier
- Menyusun laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, atau bulanan
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan SMK/SLTA sederajat
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai admin toko material bangunan, distributor, atau logistik pergudangan
- Teliti, jujur, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab
- Bersedia bekerja pada hari Senin s/d Sabtu.
- Penempatan kerja di Padangsambian, Denpasar, Bali.
