Store Admin

MechaniGo.ph is looking for a Store Admin who will be responsible in handling daily administrative operations of the hub, including sales collection, cash handling, technician dispatching, parts preparation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch technicians to scheduled jobs at the start of each day.
• Collect and record daily sales from technicians accurately.
• Ensure proper handling and safekeeping of cash collections.
• Prepare and deposit daily collections in a timely manner.
• Prepare and release parts needed for daily operations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure completeness and proper filing of all administrative documents.
• Monitor and report discrepancies in cash, inventory, or records.
• Support daily operational and administrative needs of the hub.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate (college level is a plus).
• Experience in administrative, cashiering, or related roles is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Trustworthy with strong integrity in handling cash.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets or record-keeping.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
