Store Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and control daily stock movement.

• Process Sales Orders by preparing items, issuing Delivery Orders (DO).

• Organize and maintain proper storage, arrangement, and labeling of goods in the store.

• Maintain proper organization of the store at all times.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies

• Process inbound and outbound stock movements, including receiving, checking and recording goods

• Monitor stock levels and prepare reports on inventory status for management review

• Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete stock and support inventory optimization initiatives

• Support the implementation of warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Responsible, organized, and detail oriented.
• No experience required, training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of inventory or store keeping is an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately with inventory data and maintain meticulous records
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with operations and management teams
• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties, including handling stock items
