Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Advisor to join our team at Seattle. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products through informative demos and personalized assistance.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card payments.
• Maintain accurate cash register operations, including cash drawer handling and balancing at shift end.
• Assist with stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and ensuring product availability to enhance the shopping experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting remote customers.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions.
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and sales strategies.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and sales processing.
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
