Store and Dispatch Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
• Maintain inventory records (inward/outward) in FOCUS systems
• Ensure proper stock levels and conduct periodic stock verification
• Plan and execute dispatch activities as per delivery schedules
• Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way bill, Delivery challan)
• Coordinate with transporters for timely and cost-effective dispatch
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and labeling of finished goods
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Maintain records for audits and compliance requirements
